This is my go to place if I don't know what to eat. Meaning I go here 2-3 times a week. The restaurant is always packed with people during dinner rush. Service is good food tastes good. What more can you ask for.

A few friends and I tried out this place for lunch. I was impressed with the food and service. When I walked into the store, I was promptly greeted and seated. Our food came quickly and they were mindful that we ordered dessert and that came after our meal. They were very attentive. Like when we finished our meal, they changed plates for us to enjoy our desserts. The food was surprising good. But as we know Chinese food is always a lot of oil . I did enjoy all the food! I would recommend this place and I would come back! I didn't order, my friend did and I will share our ticket and the pictures. Enjoy and Happy eatting!

One of my first choices Chinese spicy food restaurants! Most of the dishes here are great and authentic but be careful for some of them are not good. Free parking here. Recommend the rice with soy sauce soup, clear bean noodles cold dishes, spicy fried chicken, and shredded potatoes.

There's always a long queue.... so do I even want to give them yet another 5-star review?? But they do deserve it. Service is exemplary and the food is amazing. Most of the dishes are hair-raisingly spicy, but dining-in, you can ask to reduce the spice. Even with lower spice, everything we have tried is delicious. Flavors are distinctive on every dish.

Very authentic Chinese food in redmond. Inside was nicely decorated and clean. Service was good. Complimentary tea is served to help wash down spice and oil. Lamb was nice and tender while green bean pork was packed with flavor. Would definitely come back if I ever stop by redmond again.

We (wifey and I) showed up just before they opened (5pm) at 450pm for dinner on Saturday (no reservation). There were two other parties of two waiting behind us before they opened. We were quickly seated, provided tea and more tissues (you'll need these, unless you're a tank and can handle every spicy flavour in the universe). You order via ChowBus on a QR code on your table. We ordered 4 dishes and 2 bowls of rice, as well as asked for two glasses of ice water (it's so spicy holy). Verdict: Decently legit. There's a reason it's popular - lots of Chinese (Mandarin) conversations around me - I didn't spot a single non-Chinese customer in the whole restaurant. Unsurprisingly, when we left at 545pm, it was packed. Despite arriving extremely hungry, the portion sizes were massive, and we ended up taking three of the dishes as leftovers. See pictures for details. We got stinky tofu, meat + mushrooms, fish dish, and a Hunan pork dish. All were tasty - the missus' fav was also my fav: the meat+mushroom dish. None of the food was too oily or greasy, but dang, you'd have to be insanely good at tolerating spice, if it didn't hit the spicy spot for you. Service was extremely courteous and attentive. Never had to worry about empty tea or water, or even napkins! They even replaced our fish dish since when they were serving the rice bowl it slipped and they dropped the rice into the fish dish (oops). They profusely apologized and replaced the fish dish (which hadn't yet been eaten yet). Overall yeah I get it. This place is decent. I'd go back.

New-ish Hunan style Chinese restaurant in the area of Bellevue near the Asian Family Market. Went on a Sunday night and managed so snag one of the last small tables. People coming in later had to wait, although the big tables in the back were open. Mid-sized, bright interior. Menu is full of spicy Hunan dishes. Your order via your phone and scanning the QR code. Asked for less oil and less spice, but there were still decent amount of oil and plenty spicy. Started with the century egg appetizer which wasn't too spicy. The cabbage dry pot was decent and had a little bit of pork, and also not too spicy. The cold mixed noodles definitely got a spicy kick to it though, and so did the stir-fried lamb with Chinese celery. Bold, spicy and salty flavors. Definitely needed to drink a lot of tea downing the food. They serve up the food pretty quickly. Service was good. Was $80ish with tax and tip overall for 2 people, with a bit of leftovers. 4 stars.

The waitress greeted us and asked us how many, then sat us down right away. This place was 85% full when we entered, and nearly everyone dining here is chinese.  A pot of hot tea was served right away, and there is a bar code on the table for you to scan to see the menu and place an order online. There are 4-5 waiter/waitress in the restaurant and they all look extremely busy. The restaurant is super loud like an authentic Chinese restaurant where nobody cares about how loud they are. They don't place any music here and there is a mix of chatters in Chinese, phone ringing sound, and the sound of the servers rolling the carts to grab the dirty dishes.  There is a queue at the door around 6:35pm. And as a water/tea bucket, I finished the first pot of hot tea and they gave me a fancier tea pot. The tea tasted more concentrated this time and slightly more bitter, which is perfect for my taste. The decor here is interesting... They have nice paintings on the wall, but there is red Chinese style roof in the restaurant ceiling. Sort of like Asian fashion? Modernized Chinese restaurant, I'd say.  Our first dish came at 6:45pm. The Hunan style sauteed pork with rice (small spicy) 湖南肉湯泡飯 was delicious with pork, red bell pepper, garlic, green onion, and douchi. It reminds me of our fav dish from Fan Tang Asian Cafe in Kirkland, Thai Chili Beef Stir fry 小炒黃牛肉蓋碼飯. They are very similar, but they don't top it with tons of cilantro here like they do in fan tang. Also the portion size is much more generous. With 50 cents extra, you get much more rice that's enough to feed 2.  The sauteed black pepper beef in stone pot (medium spicy) 石鍋黑椒牛肉 came at 6:54pm, and it was too spicy for me. I haven't had anything spicy for a while so my tolerance is also quite bad right now. I also just realized why another table asked for tons of iced water earlier... They do have really spicy stuff here, not to mention this is only medium spicy. It was good, but it's also too spicy for me.  Then later my husband told me the waitress actually came to ask if we wanna make it less spicy when I was using the bathroom and he said yes..... So it's actually more spicy than what I had *sweat*!!! So even though there is a default spiciness level for each dish, you could still ask for customization so that was nice.  They have a basic bathroom with one toilet (one per gender), so there might be a queue when multiple people got the spiciness attack.  Overall I had a great experience here. Our total was close to $60 after everything, but we also bagged half of our food since we just can't finish. The dishes were delicious and the portion sizes for the ones I ordered were generous. They also don't charge for tea like an authentic Chinese place. Btw if you died from eating spicy food here, you might wanna head over to moge tee for an iced milk tea to release yourself from suffering.  Ps. I've read from other reviews about small portions, so I guess it might be a hit or miss and we just got lucky with ours(?). Pro tips: 1. Come before 7pm at least (preferably earlier). The queue is crazy at 7pm. 2. Ask for a glass of iced water if you aren't ready for the spicy attack.

We got 5 dishes: - Yellow croaker in garlic sauce on steel grill - Sautéed pork with green pepper - Stir fried green beans - Stone pot black pepper beef - Hunan style sautéed pork with rice Everything was super good. I especially liked the hunan style sautéed pork with rice. But beware that if you don't adjust the spice it is naturally quite spicy, so we went for mild spice the second time round. I really enjoyed the change of taste from the other Chinese restaurants in the area, most of which serve SiChuan food.

First time here and was an awesome experience! Loved their food and very flavorful! The steamed prawns were definitely the bomb! We only ordered the NOT spicy in the menu. We had eggplant, steamed shrimp, and fried rice. Overall, if the fried rice is good most likely everything else is delicious. The shrimp was definitely the best, and we'll always order that. Funny enough, my mom was only interested in the cooking stainless steel the shrimp was in. She kept adding waiters where they got the cooker lol. Parking wise is pretty oky and they have a lot but not big. The ordering system is also good and very attentive meaning no lag on the UI.
